Thank you for using the Glowini membership subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "continuous subscription service" or "this service"). I. Acceptance and Amendment of the Service Agreement
1.1 The content of this agreement includes the text of the agreement and various rules that Glowini has released or may release/update in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the agreement. In case of conflict between the text of this agreement and the aforementioned rules, the text of this agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the continuous service is bound by this agreement
1.2 If this agreement and related terms of service need to be revised due to business development, Glowini will announce it on the official platform. You can go to view the latest version of the terms of the agreement. After Glowini revises the above terms, if you do not accept the revised terms, you can choose to terminate the continuous subscription service. Your continued use of the service will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.
II. Service Description
2.1 On the premise that you have activated this service, you irrevocably authorize Glowini to entrust Apple ("Apple" in this agreement refers to Apple Inc. and its affiliates) payment channels from you when the paid membership period is about to expire. The subscription fee for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the Apple ID bound to Glowini account.
2.2 Automatic renewal: Glowini entrusts the Apple payment channel to collect the fee for the next billing cycle of the paid member through the account mentioned in Article 2.1, and credit the payment to the payment record of the paid member, and at the same time extend the deduction of the valid period of the paid member accordingly Way. You need to ensure that the Apple payment channel debits the above account successfully, and you will be responsible for the renewal failure due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account (including but not limited to the termination of paid membership services, failure to participate in paid membership activities, etc.).
2.3 When you choose the Apple payment channel to enjoy this service, you will be deemed to agree to the Apple payment channel to issue a deduction instruction, and agree that the Apple payment channel can use the above-mentioned information without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. The fee for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the account.
III. Rules for Continuous Subscription

3.1.3 If you subscribe to this service, it is deemed that you authorize Glowini to deduct the membership fee of one month's billing cycle from your Apple ID balance when your membership is about to expire. The specific deduction node is each 24 hours before the billing cycle expires.
3.1.4 If there is an error in the deduction process, Glowini and you should cooperate closely to find out the reason, and each bear the losses caused by their own faults; Responsibility; if both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be equally shared by both parties.
3.1.5 After you choose to use this service, unless you choose to terminate this service, your entrustment to the automatic deduction of the Glowini is irrevocable, and Glowini is based on the payment method you choose when you open the automatic renewal service for this service The fees deducted below will not be refunded in any way.
3.1.6 If the monthly service price of Glowini’s paid membership package is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Glowini will announce the revised content on the relevant page before the deduction, and the deduction will be made at the currently effective price.
3.1.7 The service provided by Glowini to you is limited to your use on Glowini App. Any use of paid membership services to avoid renewal by malicious means such as malicious cracking constitutes a violation of this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator, and Glowini will investigate the perpetrator's legal responsibility according to law.
3.2 Rules for Continuous Annual Subscription
3.2.1 Service Name: Yearly Pro
3.2.2 Deduction price: USD $69.99/year
3.2.3 If you subscribe to this service, it is deemed that you authorize Glowini to deduct the membership fee of one year's billing cycle from your Apple ID balance when your membership is about to expire. The specific deduction node is each 24 hours before the billing cycle expires.
3.2.4 If there is an error in the deduction process, Glowini and you should cooperate closely to find out the reason, and each bear the losses caused by their own faults; Responsibility; if both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be equally shared by both parties.

3.2.6 If the annual service price of Glowini’s paid membership package is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Glowini will announce the revised content on the relevant page before the deduction, and the deduction will be made at the currently effective price.
3.2.7 The service provided by Glowini to you is limited to your use on Glowini App. Any use of paid membership services to avoid renewal by malicious means such as malicious cracking constitutes a violation of this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator, and Glowini will investigate the perpetrator's legal responsibility according to law.
IV. Service Suspension, Interruption and Termination
4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by Glowini, this service will be valid for a long time. This agreement becomes effective after you choose to accept or use the service, and will be terminated when you terminate the service or cancel your paid membership.
4.2 In the event of any of the following situations, Glowini has the right to immediately terminate the service to you, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for this:
(1) It is confirmed by the effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial organs that you have violated the law or infringed, or Glowini believes that your behavior is suspected of violating the contents of this agreement or the usage rules published by Glowini from time to time based on its own judgment. etc., or suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations;
(2) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of Glowini;
(3) Glowini believes that there are major risks in providing you with this service.
4.3 Glowini may choose to suspend, interrupt and terminate this service according to its own business decisions and other reasons. If such a situation occurs, Glowini will notify you in the form of an announcement.
4.4 You have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time on the relevant pages of the Glowini. After termination, Glowini App will stop providing you with this service.
Termination method:
Please manually open the "Settings" of the Apple phone --> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click "Apple ID", select to view "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select Glowini If you are a continuous member in Glowini App, just cancel the subscription. This subscription will automatically renew if it is not closed at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
4.5 Before you choose to terminate this service, the instruction that you have entrusted the Glowini to automatically renew the payment is still valid. Once the deduction is successful, the Glowini will not be refunded, and the subscription service for the next billing cycle will be opened for you.
V. Other agreements
5.1 Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall exclude the application of all conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute, you and Glowini agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its currently effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. Arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party.
5.2 If Glowini does not exercise, fail to exercise in a timely manner or fail to fully exercise the rights enjoyed by this agreement or in accordance with the law, it shall not be deemed as a waiver of the right, nor will it affect Glowini App's future exercise of this right.
